WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND TIME?

After the deposit is made, you will receive a design proposal within 24 to 48 hours.

WILL I GET PROGRESS UPDATES?

You will get a website demo link as well as progress updates at least once a day.

HOW DO I GET AN EXACT QUOTE?

You can fill out this form, or send us an email at webadmin@indemandsoftech.com. Try to include as much detail as possible, along with examples that may help illustrate your ideas.

HOW DO I PAY

You can pay by E-Transfer, Cheque, PayPal, or Cash. We require 50% deposit upfront before any work is done, and the remaining balance at the end. Once research, resources allocated or design work has commenced on a project, this deposit is non-refundable.

CAN I GET HELP FOR 1 HOUR?

Of course you can. Our minimum rate is $20 an hour for any given small project, no matter how short or small it is.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PROVIDE?

Anything that helps us complete the web design requirements. It can be your host login information, content, logo source file, example of work you like, etc

DO YOU PRINT BROCHURES AND BUSINESS CARDS?

We work on all aspects of your marketing including the design, production and printing of your brochures, business cards, post cards and more. It’s actually more cost effective for you to have us not only creative your website but your print collateral as well. Since we have to design and create all of the elements for your visual branding we can do this one time as high resolution vector work and then utilize the elements we’ve already created for your website.

DO YOU CREATE LOGOS?

Yes we design logos. Upon completion of projects all rights to logos, design, graphics and website pages are transferred to the client.
